About

Amy Bradford

As one of the Centre’s Archives & Library Assistants (Graduate Trainees), Amy is responsible for supporting professional staff in managing, developing, and promoting the Centre's Archives & Library collections. Amy ensures the effective operation of the public service, as well as maintaining and organising the collections to make them accessible to external researchers, staff, and Yale in London students. Working primarily in the Public Study Room, Amy serves as the main point of contact for in-person researchers, providing assistance and facilitating their access to the resources.

Amy previously volunteered with Southampton City Council libraries in both public service and office-based roles. Prior to the PMC, Amy also worked for a non-profit organisation called the Biochemical Society, specifically for its publishing arm, Portland Press, who publish online journals.

Amy has a BA in English Literature from the University of Southampton.
