Call for Proposals: Write on Art Workshop and Resources

Art UK and the Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art (PMC) are inviting proposals for a workshop and resources, for young people (14–19 years old) across the UK, that explore how personal and critical responses to art can be shared through writing. The workshop and resources will have a particular emphasis on:

  • visual literacy and critical looking
  • instilling confidence in sharing personal perspectives
  • the range of ways art can be responded to through writing

The workshop and resources will also invite young people to submit entries to the Write on Art competition, run by Art UK and PMC.
