Ella Fleming

The Events Lead is responsible for organising all the Centre's academic activities. She works alongside the Director for Research to support an engaging programme of scholarly events, including research seminars, research lunches, workshops, symposia and conferences, all of which are designed to showcase and stimulate original research into the history of British art and architecture. In 2017 she launched the inaugural Bedford Square Festival, a collaboration between five cultural institutions that resulted in a lively week of arts programming.

Ella holds a BA in History of Art and Design from Winchester School of Art. Previous to joining the Centre she undertook internships and worked in a freelance capacity for organisations such as Brick Lane Art Gallery and Tate.
