Applications Open for Art Teachers Connect Residential 2025

  • 29 January 2025

Applications are now open for the annual Art Teachers Connect (ATC) residential programme, described by a previous participant as “the best continuing professional development (CPD) that I have had in twenty-seven years of teaching”.

ATC is a continued professional development programme and community of secondary art and art history teachers across the UK that is co-delivered and supported by Paul Mellon Centre (PMC) and the University of Leeds.

Every year across three days in early July, the ATC residential programme provides a fully funded, carefully curated programme of workshops and activities designed to engage the talents and experiences of secondary art and art history teachers.

The residential is the first step teachers take to becoming members of the ATC community. Once they have attended this three-day programme in Leeds they will be able to access CPD workshops, teaching resources, bursaries, community days and embark on a postgraduate certificate with the University of Leeds.

This opportunity is open to all secondary school art and art history teachers across the UK. Applicants are invited to provide a short personal statement by Friday 7 April.

More information about this opportunity and ATC can be found on our dedicated website.
