We are delighted to announce that Deputy Director for Research Sarah Victoria Turner has been elected as a Full Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in light of her role at the Centre and her continued commitment to research into cultural relationships in art.
The Royal Society of Arts (formally the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) was founded in 1754 to enrich society through ideas and action. Sarah joins the list of RSA members who in the past included figures such as William Hogarth and Charles Dickens and, today, consists of a global membership of cultural leaders and creative thinkers.
