Submissions for the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition 2018 are now open!

Curated by Grayson Perry RA, the theme of the 250th show is 'Art Made Now' – Perry encourages his fellow artists to submit works created in 2017/18. For full details and to submit an artwork, go to https://summer.royalacademy.org.uk/

The history of the show will be explored alongside those works selected from the open call in The Great Spectacle: 250 Years of the Summer Exhibition, curated by Paul Mellon Centre Director of Studies Mark Hallett, Deputy Director for Research Sarah Victoria Turner and RA Curator Per Rumberg, and in a forthcoming digital publication.
