Phoebe Benfield

As an Archives & Library Assistant (Graduate Trainee), Phoebe is responsible for supporting professional staff in managing, developing, and promoting the Centre's Archives & Library collections.

Working primarily in the Public Study Room, Phoebe serves as the main point of contact for in-person researchers, alongside duties maintaining and organising the collections to make them accessible to external researchers, staff, and Yale in London students.

Phoebe has volunteered at the Senate House Library and University of Greenwich archives, primarily on cataloguing projects. Prior to her role at the PMC, she worked at the British Film Institute in fundraising, and the University of Oxford in careers support for undergraduate students. Phoebe holds a BA from University College London (UCL) in English Literature.
