Harriet is responsible for managing the Centre's Fellowships and Grants programme, together with its social media and public communications.
The Fellowships and Grants Manager's role is to ensure the efficient operation of the Centre's funding programme, which currently awards £1 million a year over thirteen different categories. Harriet oversees all aspects of this ambitious programme, and regularly visits museums, galleries and universities in order to offer advice on future funding applications, and to see the results of the Centre’s support.
As Communications Manager, Harriet is responsible for showcasing the Centre's activities to the public, and for managing and producing content for email newsletters and social media. During her time at the Centre, she has established the Paul Mellon Centre and the British Art Talks pages on Instagram and has overseen the growth of the Centre's Twitter following to almost ten thousand followers.
Harriet also co-edits and designs the Centre's newsletter, PMC Notes, co-organises the annual Bedford Square Festival, participates in the Centre’s Write on Art project and sits on the Centre's Diversity & Representation Working Group.
