The Assistant Archivist & Records Manager is responsible for assisting the Librarian and the Archivist & Records Manager in the management and development of the Centre’s Library, Archives and Photographic Archive collections, with the aim of providing an outstanding research resource for the study of British and Irish Art and Architecture.

They facilitate the day-to-day running of the Public Study Room, and act as the first point of contact for all enquiries concerning the collections, in consultation with other members of Collections staff. As some of the Archive collections are, as yet, uncatalogued, the Assistant Archivist and Records Manager helps to identify material relevant to reader's research and retrieves all Archive and Photographic Archive material.

Jenny had previously been employed in an academic library and records management environment within the University of London. She has volunteered at the Heinz Archive and Library at the National Portrait Gallery, the Natural History Museum Archive on the Alfred Russel Wallace Correspondence Project and at CAFOD.

Jenny holds a BA in English Language and Literature from the Open University and holds a Postgraduate Diploma student in Archives and Records Management from University College London.
