Harriet is responsible for managing the Centre's Grants & Fellowships programme.

The Grants & Fellowships Manager's role is to ensure the efficient operation of the Centre's funding programme, which currently awards £1 million a year over seventeen different categories. Harriet manages all aspects of this ambitious programme and has overseen the introduction of a number of new funding opportunities, including two categories of emergency funding for individuals and institutions effected by the Covid-19 pandemic and more recently the New Narratives scheme, designed to increase the diversity of perspectives of researchers and students within the art history field.

As part of her role Harriet regularly visits museums, galleries and universities in order to offer advice on future funding applications, and to see the results of the Centre’s support.

Prior to her role at the Centre Harriet worked for Mallams Auctioneers and holds a BA in History from the University of Exeter.
