Rachel Prosser

As the Learning Programme Manager, Rachel is responsible for the Yale in London Study Abroad teaching programme, annual Graduate Summer School, the Write on Art competition, the Public Lecture Course and conceptualising new strands of public engagement.

Rachel is passionate about art and culture, learning, and diversity and inclusion. She has held positions as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Department for Digital, Media, Culture and Sport, a Ministerial Private Secretary at the Department for Education, and as a Learning Programme Manager at the Bishopsgate Institute and Dulwich Picture Gallery. In her free time Rachel delivers LGBTQIA+ tours of Tate Britain’s Collection.

Rachel has an MA in Museums and Galleries in Education from the Institute of Education, UCL and MA in Art History from the University of St Andrews.
