We are committed to ensuring this opportunity is open and accessible to all, and there is a budget in place for access needs. This might include support for a professional assistant or specific travel and accommodation needs or help if you are facing particular financial barriers which would prevent you from participating. If you are unsure whether our provision will cover your needs, we would be very happy to have a chat with you to discuss how support could be planned and to put your mind at ease. We appreciate such conversations can be difficult to have and promise to keep any information shared fully confidential. Please contact our Networks Administrator, Anthony Tino, at [email protected] if you would like to discuss this further.

Travel and Accommodation

We will cover the cost of travel from within the UK and up to four nights’ accommodation in Central London as well as a subsistence allowance. Applicants not in full-time employment or education at the time of the Forum may apply for pro-rata bursaries to support their participation. Additionally, discretionary access funds are available to support successful applicants with specific needs.
