- This is an event for Early Career Researchers Network members. You can find out more about the network here.
- Seminar Room, Paul Mellon Centre
Over the past year alone the Paul Mellon Centre’s (PMC) Instagram has grown by 60%, LinkedIn by over 80% and our mailing list by 30%. This has been accomplished solely by utilising tried-and-tested copywriting techniques.
In this workshop, our Digital Marketing Manager, Alice Read, will share examples of how this was achieved and how you can translate these learnings effectively to promote your own research outputs.
We will look at how to phrase event titles, descriptions and email copy for maximum engagement. We will also learn how to better understand your audience’s needs and leverage search engine optimization (SEO) to increase your reach.
To end we will briefly look at how artificial intelligence (AI) can help with copywriting and the types of prompts you can use.
If you are interested in learning how to grow an audience for your research, this is the workshop for you.
