18.30-19.45: Keynote and Panel Discussion at the Paul Mellon Centre

V&A Director, Tristram Hunt will give the keynote talk on ‘V&A: The Civic and the Global’. In this talk he will explore how the Museum’s founding commitment to art, education and industry continues to define its purpose today. This will be followed by a panel discussion between Tristram Hunt and the directors of the Bedford Square Festival organisations focusing on the themes of collaboration and sharing knowledge and expertise through arts and culture.

19.45-20.30: Drinks reception at the Architectural Association School of Architecutre (36 Bedford Square, Fitzrovia, London WC1B 3ES)
